Welcome to High End Tours Cartagena Inc. (the “Company”). By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully to ensure you understand your rights and responsibilities.

1. Booking and Payments

1.1 A deposit is required to confirm your booking. Full payment must be received before the start of the service.
1.2 Prices are subject to change due to currency fluctuations, supplier changes, or other unforeseen circumstances.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

2.1 Cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to the following:

• 50% refund for cancellations made 30 days or more before the service date.

• No refund for cancellations made less than 30 days before the service date.
  2.2 Refunds will not be provided for missed services due to late arrivals, no-shows or natural causes.

3. Changes to Itinerary

3.1 The Company reserves the right to adjust itineraries due to weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances.
3.2 Changes requested by the client may incur additional fees.

4. Travel Requirements

4.1 Clients are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and necessary travel documents.
4.2 The Company is not liable for any disruptions caused by failure to meet entry requirements.

5. Liability

5.1 The Company acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers (e.g., transport, accommodation). We are not liable for damages, delays, or accidents caused by third parties.
5.2 Clients participate in tours and activities at their own risk. The Company is not liable for injuries, loss, or damage to personal belongings.

6. Conduct and Responsibilities

6.1 Clients must respect local laws, customs, and the instructions of their tour guides.
6.2 The Company reserves the right to remove any client behaving disruptively or dangerously without a refund.

7. Privacy

7.1 The Company collects personal information to facilitate bookings and provide services.
7.2 We do not share personal data with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

8. Governing Law

8.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Colombia. Any disputes will be resolved in Colombian courts.
